I recently read Divergent by Veronica Roth. This book had everything that I look in a book: action, a good plot, great writing, new words to learn, and a little bit of romance! ;) This book was also a dystopian book which I always love to read! Other dystopian books that I have come to love is the Hunger Games and the Uglies series. Awesome books and definitely recommend them.Divergent was awesome because it had that "I have to find out what's going to happen" effect on it. I could not put it down! I do admit that I fell asleep once while trying to read it, but that was only because I was very tired! While I was reading this book, I was always predicting what was going to happen as I crept closer to the end. This book had a lot of twists and turns in it that were unexpected.
Even though this book was action-filled, there were some parts (okay, a lot) that had a lot of violence. One of those things I love is when you see the "hero" injured, but doesn't keep her/his head down.
A great read and would recommend to anyone!
